Books for Backpack Buddies and Beyond

Since home libraries play a major role in a child’s reading ability, our Books for Backpack Buddies provides 305 of the poorest students in Grades pre-k to five a book each month. We have gone way BEYOND this to another 1000 school children (389 Pre-k, 227 Kindergarten and Grade One , and 410 Read to Me kids in Grades 2- 4 and their siblings. at home).
