Books for Elementary Schools

Every kindergartner in the two local elementary schools received a book to take home. Altrusans presented the books to the students and discussed Make A Difference Day an annual community service event and the importance of literacy needed to be successful in life.

Cookies and fruit snacks were served at the event.
